Do I need to send you anything?
No. If your business is on Google, I start from there. If you have photos or a logo you'd like used, you add them when you ask for changes.
What if I don't have a Google listing?
Tell me what you do in a sentence or two and I'll build from that. I'll also show you how to set the listing up, since it's free and it brings in calls.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. If you ever cancel, I transfer the domain to you at no charge.
What does the $30 a month cover?
Your domain, hosting, the secure padlock, your reviews kept current, and two changes a month. Cancel any time.
How long does it take?
You usually have the finished preview within the hour. Once you approve and pay, it's live on your .com the same day.
Is there a contract?
A short, plain-English agreement you read before you pay. Read it here.
